Very disappointing

Disappointed with these shoes. I’ve worn Diana Ferrari for years and usually find them comfortable straight out of the box. Unfortunately, the heel area on both shoes was quite hard and rubbed badly, leaving my heels scratched and sore after just trying them on for a few minutes. Not the comfort I’ve come to expect from a brand I normally love.
