After your purchase is complete, we will organise for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive two emails regarding your order. One will be from Styletread confirming your order has been placed and the other email will have a tracking link so you can stay in the loop.

Important information:

    • Please note, the above delivery timeframes do not include processing time prior to dispatch.
    • For orders made on weekends and public holidays, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for dispatch.
    • Due to our warehouse structure, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may be delivered separately.
    • We start processing and packing your order as speedily as possible after you click 'Buy Now'. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items.
    • For standard Australian deliveries, a signature may be required upon receipt of the parcel. If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, the courier will drop your order at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know you have missed a delivery and where you can collect it.
    • By selecting ‘Authority to Leave’ you authorise our couriers to deliver and leave your parcel at the address listed on your order – no signature required! When selecting this option, please note that the driver will not leave your parcel if he or she deems the location unsafe. Instead, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. If your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please call our Customer Happiness Team on 1300 602 947 so we can lodge an investigation with Startrack.
    • We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations.
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
    • As of 31 July 2014, a delivery charge of $10 will apply to orders under $65 (after any discount voucher codes applied).
    • Styletread is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to advise whether we are able to place a backorder or provide a full refund.

International delivery information:

    • For delivery to New Zealand please go to our New Zealand site by clicking "NZ" at the top right.
    • Styletread does not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.
