Damaged box dusty dirty shoes soles

Bought the last pair, it was a gift but had to return them because it looked like I was sent someone else’s returned shoes. The packaging was worse for wear and the shoes soles were dirty and dusty. Not suitable for gifting. To styletreads credit, they offered a refund on return of the shoes.
