Beautiful leather but elastic band unnecessary

Beautiful shoes but they made the mistake of inserting an elastic band under the leather tounge with jagged edges which dig into the foot and have left sores/blisters. I have another pair from Tony Bianco with no elastic band and they have been so comfortable.
