Great colour but needed a half size as 38 too small and 39 too big

Frustrating sizes !

Purchased a few weeks ago along with other similar shoes following the size chart, as per foot length, shoes were at least one and half sizes too big, the size chart is not accurate. So frustrating! I’m a size 10 and you can only buy the shoes in 10.5 (too big) or 9.5 (too small/tight), which seems to be the only sizes on the Website.
