Horrible quality, sole fell off after ONE wear

These shoes were a complete disaster. While the sole was very comfortable, on the second instance of wear I was walking to the train and the sole peeled off the shoe and caused me to fall flat on my face on the rough pavement! So not only did I waste $200+, I was also left with torn pants, bloodied elbows / palms / chin! On top of that, customer service never replied to my email asking for this situation to be rectified. NEVER AGAIN!!
