Gorgeous Shoes Quality is Disappointing

I absolutely loved these shoes the Lilac colour and the bling. I was so disappointed I tried them on walk around be bedroom with them on and they looked gorgeous and felt comfortable. When I took them off one of the crystals fell out. Thankfully I can return them, but the quality is not what I expect from Django and Juliette.
