Once you've sent your return to us you will be able to track its progress as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Simply click on the link to the method of return you used and follow their instructions to track your return.
COURIER PICK UP
Star Track will ask you to enter the CN Number found on your connote label.
Australia Post will ask you to enter the PS8 number found on your return label.
ParcelPoint will ask you to enter your Reference Consignment number which you will receive via text.
DHL (NZ CUSTOMERS ONLY)
DHL will ask you to enter your waybill number found on your label.
All returns must be sent back to Styletread within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after the 30 day return period has ended.
It will usually take up to 10 working days for returns to come back to the Styletread warehouse depending on the method of return. You will get an email from us to let you know it arrived at our warehouse safe and sound.

- Star Track - 2 to 4 business days
- Australia Post - 7 business days
- ParcelPoint - up to 10 business days
- DHL - 2 to 4 business days
