Track your Return

Once you've sent your return to us you will be able to track its progress as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

Simply click on the link to the method of return you used and follow their instructions to track your return.

AUSTRALIA POST (AUS CUTOMERS ONLY)

Australia Post will ask you to enter the PS8 number found on your return label.

PARCELPOINT

Parcelpoint will ask you to enter your Reference Consignment number which you will receive via text.

DHL (NZ CUSTOMERS ONLY)

DHL will ask you to enter your waybill number found on your label.

Please Note:

All returns must be sent back to Styletread within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after the 30 day return period has ended.

Once the goods have been received, they will be evaluated to see if they are eligible for a refund, this process can take 4-6 business days. You will be notified by email if the refund is approved and it will then be processed by our Finance team.

Estimated return times:

  • Star Track - 2 to 4 business days
  • Australia Post - 7 business days
  • ParcelPoint - up to 10 business days
  • DHL - 2 to 4 business days
