Just what I wanted but too big

I loved the look online and the feel and finish in my hands was fabulous. Sadly the size was too big on my foot. I didn't recall if my last pair were 5 or 5.5! My last pair are about 15 years old which motivated me to try online shopping. Same week delivery to Nth Qld was a pleasant surprise and ease of return was so simple.

I love the colour and style. The Velcro strap is so handy. I used an included insert to get the right fit. shoe is a little firm and after a day of wear at work (bare feet in shoes) had some rubbing. They will need a bit of wearing in to soften for me.

Comfotable straight out of the box. Love the velcro clasp under the buckle. I have a back injury & cannot bend down to do up shoes, so excited I now don't have to get my family to do up my shoes.

Plenty of width in this XW, and the heel height of 2.5cm makes it just tall enough to be sufficiently corporate, but without any fear of slipping forward and creating pressure on my forefoot.
