Boots are comfortable and dressy. Arrived promptly with option to return if necessary. It was good to be able to try them on in the comfort of my own home and test their fit and comfort when walking on steps and uneven surfaces which one can't do in a showroom.

I bought these for my daughter, who needs to move into clothing that is more work-appropriate. However, her vibe is steam punk, so it's been a challenge. These boots fit the bill. They fit well (we had to adjust slightly with the provided pads and a heel grip) and they look fabulous. Very happy with these, I'll have to look for fun colours.

The style is classic and its so comfy, and keeps my ever cold feet warm in the colder weather, but also looks fantastic all seasons

I buy Zeira products on-line because I know they are comfortable straight out of the box & these boots did not disappoint comfort-wise. The leather, on the other hand, felt thin & stiff & not at all like the quality of previous purchases, which is a shame.

The shape and design of this boot is really cute but I have yet again been disappointed over the quality and overall feel of Ziera’s shoes/boots, compared to a few years ago when all I bought was Ziera! This boot has a very thin sole, and hard heel (makes hard clicky noise when walking), which doesn’t suit me. The fit of the boot size and width-wise is great, and the inserts are a great addition to adjust the comfort. But the thin slippery sole and hard heel kills it for me, they wouldnt last long for me as I was looking for a boot to wear everyday.
