I have been waiting 2 weeks to return these due to not fitting. I have sent all the correct contact forms and followed up with 5 emails! No respinse!! Return policy not easy! No phone numbers to contact, and emails go unanswered! I realise December is busy but to get no response at all!! These are really expensive shoes that I need to return!

I feel like crawling into walking stage is hard for shoes because they often just don‚t stay on well but not for these! Stays on great! Comfy. Not too hot. Love them.

These seem to be pretty comfy for my little one. However, the straps seem to be a little pinchy (you can see marks on the feet when the shoes are taken off), so while the length is absolutely perfect, the width/circumference seems a little tight even though my kid is by no means chubby, even with the straps fairly loose. Despite this, there havent been any complaints and he brings the shoes to us whenever he wants to go out (which is often!). The base is lovely and grippy.

Nice but poor exchange policy

Bought the shoe was but was not wide enough for my son‚s feet. Unfortunately due to Bobux policy I was not able to return for a larger size. Considerable downside to this higher end of the market shoe.
I have rated poorly as the value is non existent as my son was unable to even wear them.
