Not true to size

Not true to size. I have purchased quite a few pairs of Super Soft shoes and all size 11 and all others fit but these are too small. Almost like i was sent a size smaller even though the size on the shoes said 11.

42 sizing is inconsistent with 11. Way smaller

I just bought this online in a size 42 to equal a size 11. Replacement for Flexi. You can’t get them in a store to try. Way undersized. Would be a very comfortable shoe if sizing was correct for an actual size 11 foot. Disappointed as Williams does not seem to have a realistic size 11 range anymore.
