These sandals are outstanding in design, comfort, and quality. I've been buying Midas shoes for 5-6 years. I do find them the most consistent brand in terms of quality and comfort though occasionally, I have purchased shoes that were not quite as comfortable as hoped. I find this is in the quality of the leather that can vary. Midas are my go to for that supersoft buttery leather than is wearable from the first day. These shoes are like that which surprised me as I suspected the plaiting would cause me a problem. Not so. Additionally, these shoes have a perfectly arched instep for my foot. Well done Midas
