Oakley Preto Leather Lace Up Flats

Despite being a size 44, and having over a dozen size 44 shoes that fit (because my foot is a size 44), these shoes and the other pair I bought in the same order - both size 44 - are way too big. Like almost a size and a half too big. And because they don’t have an option to exchange shoes if the size is incorrect, I must return them and order a smaller size. And furthermore, because the 2nd pair of shoes in the order was listed as final sale, I cannot return them! Even though I emailed them explaining I don’t want to return them, I want to EXCHANGE them for a size that fits. They emailed me a standard template, copy/paste response from their customer “service” team explaining I couldn’t return them because they were a final sale item. Thanks. Brilliant help. Why even have shoe sizes if they don’t match what the actual size is? I’m not a size 43 - I’m a size 44. I bought size 44. They’re too big.
