Complete disappointment.

I’ve been purchasing from Styletread for years with no issues. This order was different. The heels anrrived and one of the heels has been clearly worn or tried on many times or these shoes have been purchased, used and sent back. The strap has clearly been used many times as the leather is worn and has indents and also has an x marked on it for extra holes for the strap. Disappointed to say the least but I had already disposed of packaging before trying on.
