DO NOT BUY - ZIPPER IS IMPOSSIBLE

DO NOT BUY. The zipper is at the back of the boot, as clearly seen. This makes it EXTREMELY tight to move up and down the back of the heel. I tried soap and WD40. Then the worst happened and I got my stocking snagged in the boot. I have been wearing boots for 30 years and this has never happened. I pulled out my sharp embroidery scissors and retrieved all fibres from the stocking but nothing would make that zipper budge. I don't wish to say what I had to do next. Absolute waste of money and I have never been so upset about a purchase in my 49 years.
