Boots blunder

I've been buying my shoes from Styletread for years, usually Django & Juliette, & have always been delighted. Not this time. They (size 41 as usual) were almost impossible to get on & when I did at last they were much too tight. I'm going to have to return then, something I've never done previously. I'll have to look up how to do that.
