Kauras W Black Patent Suede Heels

I ordered these shoes as I have had a pair in navy (no bow though) for some years and they appear to have been made using the same-shaped last. I have had good wear and service from the old pair, so thought these would be good too. These are a gorgeous style and colour and the bow gives them a touch of bling and individuality. I think i will be very happy with them, but I need to point out that the quality appears to have declined during the time since I last bought this style. The cushioning under the ball/front of the foot is thinner than previously so the insole/support insert that comes with the new shoe (3/4 length insole) is not sufficient to make the shoe comfortable for longer wearing because it does not provide padding for the whole sole of my foot. I have worked around this by swapping the 3/4 insole for a full-length insole from another pair of zieras. However, I shouldn't have to do this on a new shoe. I have to say that this decline in quality has been my experience since ziera moved to on-line sales only. I have had to return several pairs for refund (before wearing) because the make is poorer quality than it used to be, but not on every style and not to the same extent on different styles. Unfortunately, it seems to be be impossible to tell in advance which styles are same standard and which aren't.
