A simple thing like changing the delivery address was impossible according to your company and this was requested immediately after the goods were ordered and this caused quite a problem as it was our old address, I will not buy from your company again.

False advertising.

This shoe was advertised as leather but was synthetic and i ordered my regular size but this was too small. This is the 2nd that i have been stitched by Williams. There will not be a 3rd.
