Tight and uncomfortable

I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for these to be delivered and then was disappointed that despite being the correct size, the straps were very hard and tight and dug into my toes. No way to break them in, they’re just really uncomfortable. Shame as I really rate Django and usually. I returned them and waiting for refund.
