Narrower than the usual XW

Beautiful shoe, one of the best "dressy flats" I've purchased. However it was hard to get my foot in and I feel it runs very narrow for an XW - had to return them and didn't bother going up a size as the width wasn't just a little narrow, it was a lot narrow I also don't think the patent leather would give as much as I need it too.
