The shoes were too narrow so I had to return them and I’m waiting for a refund. The lack of detail to return shoes from NZ has put me off ordering again. My original email was returned so I after several searches of your site I fanally got in contact with you using your email that notifies me about the shoes being delivered. Your return policy may be free but WHY KEEP THE PARCEL OPEN FOR THE COURIER TO CHECK. Honestly you need to do a review of your procedures.
