Woven Fabric is a Bit Rough on the Underside

Nice looking and mostly comfy sandals however on first wear I had a blister on one of my 3rd toe from the toughness of the woven fabric. I will be looking into adhering something underneath to prevent further discomfort.
I have many pairs of Midas shoes and always wear a size 41. This sandal appealed to me because it was adjustable with Velcro. I did further adjust when I noticed the wear but it was still very rough against my toes, making it problematic for wearing.
