Too small

Unfortunately these shoes were too small in length and my heel was hanging over the edge. This is my normal size so not sure why too small but had to send them back. As you dont do exchanges I had to get a refund.

Misleading colour

the colour of these shoes is a much dark red than shown, I thought this was a brighter and lighter red. I'm really disappointed and will probably return these.
