Comfortable work shoes that also have a good, just right height heel. The leather is soft and the tan colour is suitable to wear with almost any outfit.

These tick all the boxes for my office rotation. All leather, simple style with chic block heel and pointed toe, gorgeous colour and texture, walkable heel and fits orthotics. Not a difficult decision to buy!

Shoes were lovely but sizing guide is wrong

The shoe itself was lovely but the sizing guides provided online were completely wrong. Suspecting that the sizing guides may be wrong, I contacted the service team via the live chat function to double-check. They affirmed my size based on the guide. Still dubious, I ordered a 38 (what the size guide said I was) and a 37 just in case. I am usually a size 36 but can sometimes be a size 37 depending on the shoe style and make. Both were WAY TOO big so I sent them back. With an online ordering service, it's imperative that the size guides be correct. It's one of the fundamental pieces of information and a no-brainer. So please correct these and also provide centimetre brackets for each size (i.e. size 38 fits Xxcm - YYcm). Some brackets was provided for some sizes and not for others so even this is inconsistent.
