Perfect boot but too narrow in the calf

I bought this boot because it's perfect in every way other than the fact the calf is too narrow for my 38cm calf. Couldn't get them zipped all the way. I would consider my calf to be average size. Other than that great quality comfortable and stunning choc brown suede.
