Colour clarification needed?

Different colour to what i would have liked! to me chocolate is a rich dark brown not light brown that i received. the style is higher around ankle to what i am used to wearing but i can't remember name of them.

Perfect boots. I have just been fitted with orthotics and loving in sneakers. I wanted boots for occasional wear and a change. I have literally tried every company there is. And some boots that claim to accomodate orthotics do not. These boots are amazing. Tried them on in store and then bought two pairs online in amazing winter sale. They are comfy for a day. They for my inserts perfectly and were a little generous so I used the pink insert that came with them. I hope they last as they are great.

I have fat feet that can get puffy so I ordered a half size up. At first I was nervous that they were too tight, but after just one wear they relaxed into the perfect fit. I am able to do the zippers up without trouble. Colour true to picture.

Gorgeous soft leather with slightly rounded toe. Inner zips and elastic gussets make these boots easy to pull on and off. I have a wide foot and the Talia fits beautifully without needing to use any of the included inserts. Slightly higher at the front compared to my other Ziera boots, but accommodates my thick ankles with ease. Great colour that looks great with pants, jeans and skirts. I popped these on and wore them with no need to wear in for two days in a row. Highly recommend Ziera if you have difficult to fit feet. Best to use a leather protectant before first wear too to protect your investment, especially with all this rain. I’m looking forward to many years of wear with this timeless style.

My absolute favourite winter shoes

Very comfy boots. Was pleasantly surprised that these actually fit my wide feet and extremely high insteps. They also have ample room at the top of the ankle for a bigger ankle. I have a lot of issues finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. I received these the day before going on holidays and have worn them all day everyday since for the last 2 weeks and they have been very comfortable (I have worn 2 thin pairs of socks together just in case). I would certainly recommend and will buy again, though they are standing up well to the non-stop wear so will probably last well based on early indications. They are also very versatile and can be casual or smart with dark jeans and dresses also.

It was easy to purchase online as I knew my size with Ziera and also they make it easy to return if not as expected. I purchased two pairs of boots as I was unsure of colour and comfort. The rejected pair was returned and a refund appeared in my bank account within the days Ziera indicated.

I loved these boots after seeing them (on line) but resisted purchasing. I have very hard to fit feet, however, after reading all the reviews I purchased them.
They are exactly as the reviews say, very comfortable, no need to “break them in”, they really were made for my extremely hard to fit feet. Only negative is you can’t wear them to bed.

I love these boots however the tab at the back broke the very first time I put them on. They are really comfortable and look really good. I had tried them on in a shop first which was fortunate as I usually buy a size 9 but bought these boots in an 8.
