Way too large for me unfortunately.

I haven't tried a pair of Birkrenstocks before but this model was like 2 size too big for my 39 sized foot. I don't know if thats normal or if there was a production error? Whilst very well made and i likied the design i didn't feel confident choosing a size to fit my 39 foot.
