No Go For Velcro!!!!

I have been ordering these sandles for yrs, particularly when I travel overseas, very stylish and comfortable and have had people comment on how lovely and where have i purchased them from, but why would I spend an expensive amount of money on sandles to have a Velcro buckle and the heel and soul of the show is so unattractive now! Go back to what they were! If its not broken, don't fix it! Everyone one loved the ORIGINAL!!!!

Exactly what I wanted. Straps support and hide bunion but don’t rub. Really comfortable shoe.

Lovely sandals but just too loose around my foot even though the length was perfect (I have flat feet) had to return.

Great if you want a very casual look

I was looking to replace my well worn Tosca Sandal that I have loved wearing but they are no longer available to buy so I choose the Hanako Sandal in the same mid tan colour with exactly the same uper strap style as the Tosca but with a more casual flat style for the sole which unfortunately once on gave a more casual look that didnt replicate the stylish look of the Tosca Sandal so I had to return them. The return process was made very easy to complete and at no cost to myself & the refund was deposited very quickly.

Stylish and comfortable

Comfortable and stylish, though leather not quite as soft as previous pairs I’ve owned. These are my go to shoes for long walking days in summer and spring in Sydney. I feel comfortable and can walk all day and they look great with dresses and pants.

lovely colour, comfortable fit, another winner from Ziera. I was looking for a dark brown sandal for summer the had the right support and this fits the bill, elongating the foot with minimal opportunities for blisters - I'm hopeful they will work out when I wear them.

As a dedicated online Ziera fan, I was really disappointed when I got these new sandals. The description did not highlight that the strap is closed via a short narrow Velcro strip, the buckle is just for looks. I found the Velcro made a slight ripping noise each step I made, and the strap came undone as I walked down my stairs. Although the leather quality is excellent & the footbed is very comfortable, I returned them as I have balance issues & I wasn’t confident wearing them.

I loved these sandals - beautiful leather, gorgeous colour but the fastening is velcro under the buckle and it opens each time you take a step - such a shame. I had to return them.
