My experience with your service has been excellent. The delivery was very quick and the purchase of the shoes online was user friendly. I like shopping with PayPal and this was available to use. I did need to return a pair of shoes that I had accidentally ordered and Returns was quick and easy and refunds prompt and problem free. The shoes are beautiful and complimented my outfit beautifully. The colour called champagne is a lovely soft gold. I just love them and the fit is perfect. I will be using Williams online again. True to size. colour as pic. Leather soft, heel just the right hight for a flat shoe.
The only negative, is the shoe does not have buckle for us with different size feet.

Order arrived within a few days.
Shoe is a little stiff but will probably soften after a few wears. Like other reviews the slingback a little loose but I find it more aesthetically pleasing than a metal buckle so it doesn’t bother me.

Some disappointment

Although I purchased these shoes in the green back in August, I have only worn them maybe on 4 or 5 occasions.
Let me say that I really love the colour and they were very comfortable from the first time I put them on.
My only disappointment is that the elastic on the sling back has stretched and the shoes are now not firm and have become uncomfortable because they “flip flop” when I walk.
Please let me know if this could be adjusted
