I have been a Birkenstock devotee since 1993.
As a result, I have no foot problems, back problems or hip problems. I am not saying that Birkenstocks have been the sole reason for my health, but they instantly fix my posture when I wear them and I am sure this impacts on something. I’ve bought eight pairs over the years and found them to be the most comfortable shoes I own.

I knew these were going to be as comfortable as the last pair I had previously. I KNOW that I am going to wear these to their dying day, and I am happy to say that that will be for some time. They definitely have 'staying power'.

Disappointing quality of top of shoe - suede looked worn & scraped. Not worth the high price tag. True to size. Unfortunately returned. Service was excellent & postage prompt to rural SA.
