Light but not supportive

I bought these for travel as they looked light and flexible for packing, which they are. However they lack structural support and have a thin base so I think I need something different to give my feet the cushioning they need for long days of walking. The velcro is strong and stretchy which holds the shoes closed, but just needs more structural support. Fine for quick trips shopping,.
