We Understand That Sometimes A Product Just Doesn't Fit
Styletread allows you to return your order within 365 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. For orders that were made before 10/05/12 Styletread’s original Free 100-Day Return Policy still applies.
You are not liable for the postage cost of returning products purchased if returning the products from within Australia or New Zealand via Styletread’s nominated courier service. Styletread will pay for a courier within Australia or New Zealand to pick up your returns at a location convenient to you.
To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original undamaged shoe box or packaging.
When trying on shoes, ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the soles and, for lighter coloured styles, especially bridal shoes, please use a stocking or sock when trying on your shoes.
Earrings cannot be returned due to Australian health and hygiene standards if their sealed packaging has been opened.
Please note that some products other than shoes may have individual return policies as stated in the product description.
If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you.
This policy includes rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law so if your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible at service@Styletread.com.au.
How Do I Return My Order?

Once returns have been received into our warehouse, Styletread processes all returns the same day they are received. Refunds for returns that are unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original undamaged shoe box or packaging are processed within 3-4 working days.
Once you receive an email notification of your return refund your money will appear in your account in approximately 1-7 business days due to inter-bank processing times.
On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund if your return is after the Return Policy expires, if the products are marked, damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging.
For returns from orders that were placed during a discount promotion or using a voucher/coupon the refunded value will be the total amount paid. Where part of a multi-item order is returned the refunded value will be the listed price for that item at the time of the order less the amount of the discount that was applied to that item.
For returns from orders that included a delivery charge, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded. In the case that the return is because of an item fault then the following applies:
- The item will be assessed by our Customer Service Centre and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.
- If the item is found to be faulty, then you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charges unless the delivery charge has previously been refunded for that order.
Refunds on purchases made with vouchers
If you used a voucher with a minimum spend on an order and wish to return one of the items in that order please note the following:
- Should the return of an item cause the total value of the non-returned items to be less than the minimum spend of the voucher, you will receive a refund for the item value less the voucher amount. This is because the voucher is no longer eligible to be used on the order as it does not meet the minimum spend requirement.
- Should the total value of the non-returned items be greater than the miimum spend, the voucher will be applied to the remaning total value of the order and you will receive a refund for the items/s returned.
