Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched by a courier as soon as possible. Just to keep you in the loop, we'll notify you when your product is dispatched and provide you with tracking details.

Important information:

• Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.


• It’s worth pointing out that we pick, pack and process your order as speedily as possible once you have clicked the ‘BUY NOW’ button. This helps us to get you your goods ASAP. Due to this we are unable to make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing items from your order.


• The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.


• For standard Australian deliveries, if you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you of the missed delivery and where they may be picked up.


• The 3-hour delivery option for the Sydney metropolitan area is available between 8am and 2pm (Sydney time) on business days. Orders must be placed by 2pm for delivery by 5pm on the same day. The delivery address must be within a 40km radius of Sydney Olympic Park to be eligible. The 3-hour delivery option will appear automatically at the checkout for $8.95 if the delivery address is eligible.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
