After your purchase is complete, we'll organise for your order to be picked, packed and dispatched as soon as possible. Information you need to know:
- For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, please allow an extra 2-3 days for dispatch.
- We'll start processing and packing your order as quickly as possible after you click 'Buy Now'. This allows us to send your items to you quickly but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items.
- The courier may request a signature upon receipt of delivery.
- We are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations.
- On the day of delivery and you are not available at your nominated delivery address, the courier will drop off your order at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up. This applies to standard Australian deliveries.
- Our 4-hour delivery service for the Sydney metropolitan area only is available between 9am and 2pm (Sydney time) on business days. Orders must be made by 2pm for delivery by 6pm on the same day. The delivery address must be within a 40km radius of Sydney Olympic Park to be eligible. The 4-hour delivery option will appear automatically at the checkout if the delivery address is eligible. Please note: We do ask customers to be aware when selecting this delivery option to understand delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: traffic and road blocks) which are completely out of Styletread's control.
- Unless the order contained faulty items, delivery charges are non-refundable.
- From the 31 July 2014, a delivery charge of $10 will apply to orders under $65 (after any discount voucher codes applied).
- Here at Styletread, we are committed to providing outstanding customer service and quality products. We strive to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is right and accurate. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

- We do not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.
We know there are times when a product doesn’t always fit.
That's why we offer our customers
- FREE 30-Day Returns
To qualify for a refund the items you are returning must:
- Have been purchased within the last 30 days
- Are unworn, undamaged and unmarked
- Be in their original condition and in the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item).
If you qualify for a return, you are not responsible for the postage cost of returning products within Australia or New Zealand via Styletread's nominated courier service or an Australia Post/Parcel Point return booked via our Returns Booking page.
Please be aware, we offer 30 day free returns only. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the original purchase date.
If any items are not eligible for a refund we will let you know and if you insist on returning the items to us, it will be at your own cost. These items will cost you $10 to return them within Australia or $15 to return them from New Zealand.
Here are some tips for trying on your new shoes
- Carpet is the best place to try on new shoes as it will avoid scuffs and scratches
- When trying on light coloured shoes (especially bridal) it’s best to wear a stocking or sock.

I bought the wrong size, what do I need to do?
So you don’t miss out, we recommend you order the shoe in the correct size as soon as you can. Then follow the returns process to send back the size you don't want. We do not offer exchanges here at Styletread but are happy to provide a refund on all eligible returns.
I’m looking for my External Document Number where can I find it?
External Document numbers can be located in two places:
1) On your order confirmation email located at the bottom or
2) On your 'Tax Invoice' sheet found in the box with your order.
When contacting customer service, your External Document number can also be used as your order reference.
Once we have received your return our Returns Team will check and assess whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, it will be forwarded to the Finance Team for processing.
Please Note: Refunds may take longer to process during peak trading times (including but not limited to Christmas and sale events).
You will receive an email from our Finance Team to let you know that the refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 1-7 business days (varies depending on your financial institution) for the funds to appear in your account.
The refund will be put back on to the same credit card or PayPal account that you originally paid from.
If you used a gift card to make your purchase we simply reload the refunded amount back onto the gift card you used to make your purchase. If your gift card has expired at the time of your refund, a 30 day extension period is applied.
We have the right to refuse an item for a refund if:
- You returned it to us after 30 days
- The item are damaged, marked, or show signs of wear
- If the item has been returned not in their original and undamaged box or packaging
If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you.
If a delivery charge was included in your order, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded unless the goods were deemed faulty. Find out more about faulty goods here.
Important information regarding refunds on orders made during discount promotions or with vouchers:
If you purchased items during a discount promotion or you bought items with a voucher, we will refund you for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at the time of order less the discount applied.
If you make an order with a voucher with a minimum spend, please note the following:
- You will receive a refund for the item value less the voucher amount, should the return of an item cause the total value of the non-returned items to be less than the minimum spend of the voucher. This is because the voucher is no longer eligible to be used on the order as it does not meet the minimum spend requirement.
- The voucher will be applied to the remaining total value of the order and you will receive a refund for the item/s returned, should the total value of the non-returned items be greater than the minimum spend.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, Styletread's Returns Policy includes the rights you are entitled to.

If you would like to return a faulty item after the 30-day return period, please contact our Customer Happiness Team on 1300 602 947 (AUS) between 9am and 6pm (Sydney time) or 0800 178 953 (NZ) between 11am and 8pm (NZ time), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
New - We may request photos of the fault claim prior to authorizing the return. We may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.
If the item is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charge unless the delivery charge has been previously refunded for that order.
