You will be re-directed to the ParcelPoint website where you can select Australia Post as your return option. You will receive your return label which you will need to print out and attach to your parcel. Then all you need to do is drop your parcel in a post box or your local post office so it can be returned to us.
Please note: Depending on your location, this return method may take 2-4 days for your parcel to reach us.
You will be re-directed to the ParcelPoint site where you will be asked to enter your postcode to find and select your preferred drop-off outlet. You can select from hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and newsagencies. It is then up to you to drop your parcel off at this selected outlet so it can be returned to us safely and securely.
Please note: Depending on your location, this return method may take 2-10 days for your parcel to reach us.
Both of these return methods are free and include a tracking number. You must return your item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase as per our Returns Policy.
Courier pick up is available between Monday and Friday (excl. public holidays). We arrange for the courier to pick up the items on the business day and location that's best for you. Courier pick up times are 12pm - 5pm Mon to Fri and customers MUST be there at the time of collection as unattended parcels will not be picked up.
Return Bookings are organised once a day by Customer Service between 9am – 10am only. We will do our best to book according to your preferences however those times may not be available in all areas, depending on our couriers availability.
Once we have booked your pick up you will be sent an email with all of the details. Please check this carefully so you know when to be available.

Unfortunately your order doesn't qualify for free returns as it only includes sale items.
To return your items, you will need to arrange and pay for its delivery at the post office.
