A - The stock on our website is an accurate reflection of the stock we have in our warehouse. Please email or call us if you'd like to know if, or when, we'll get any additional stock of that particular shoe. Or, just keep looking at the site every day to check if we have it back in stock. This particular game can become very addictive!
A - Find the shoes you bought on the StyleTread website. Underneath the images of the shoe there are two tabs, "Description" and "Product Reviews." Click on "Product Reviews" then "Add Product Review." We love hearing your feedback, so please let us know your thoughts on the shoe for our benefit and for future customers.
A - On the bottom of every newsletter we send there's an 'Unsubscribe" link. Simply click "Unsubscribe" and it's as easy as that. We'll be sorry to see you go! However, you can always re-subscribe at any time when you just have to be reminded of our current fabulous shoes collection or the up and coming style trends, etc.
A - We do keep an eye on our competitors’ prices and are in constant communication with our suppliers, however, due to our generous Free And Fast delivery, Free Returns and 365-Day Free Return Policy; we don’t match their short term price changes of other retailers. We do offer end of season sales, so if you're after a bargain, check out our sales page!

Delivery & Return
A - We aim to ship your order the same day where possible. StyleTread works with its couriers to deliver within 2-4 business days but your order may even arrive faster than that depending on where you live!
A - Yes, we deliver to any address in New Zealand, even if you're on holiday at the time!
A - Returning your shoes is simple! Simply follow the instructions on the Return Slip included with your order. If you'd like a new copy of the Returns Slip, it can be downloaded here.We'll still love you if you return your shoes. Our best customers return lots of shoes!! Why not order heaps, try them on at home and send back the ones you don’t love for free?
A - In most cases it usually takes 2 business days for us to get the shoes back and then up to 2 business days to process your return and refund with your chosen payment method. Refunds will take 2 to 10 business days before you will see the funds in your account, depending on your bank or credit provider after we receive the returned product. PayPal refunds usually take 1-2 business days.
A - Simply email our Customer Happiness Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 0800 178 953 and we'' email you a new copy. Be sure to enter all the relevant details before sending back.
A - Due to our quick turnaround process, it's important you contact us within 3 hours if you've made a mistake.
A - StyleTread often ships same day, or within 1 business day… Free And Fast, so shipping is already pretty speedy!
A - Yes we do! We have many happy shoe buyers in many countries around the world! For NZ, simply click "NZ" at the top left to see our New Zealand store. For rest of world, we're in the process of working out delivery amounts, so watch this space!
A - You should be contacted within 1 business day via email to inform you of a tracking code which can be tracked through DHL Express.
A - You have the choice to have your lovely new shoes delivered to your home, work or anywhere else you'd like! If you're not home when the DHL courier arrives, DHL will leave your items at your address. If this is not appropriate a notice of collection in your post box telling you they attempted to deliver your yummy treat and that it's now available for collection at your nearest DHL facility. If you would prefer they were not left then please notify us as soon as possible.
A - StyleTread accepts PayPal as well as MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
A - If you've received a StyleTread voucher and want to use it, simply add any shoes that you'd like to your cart and proceed to the checkout. At the checkout page, you'll have an option to apply a voucher code. Insert your code and hit "Apply Voucher." Your cart should then automatically update to the revised sub-total.
Please note vouchers cannot be used on sale items.

A - Don't panic! This is an error with Kapersky anti-virus. They falsely reported StyleTread.com.au as having viruses when in fact the only issue was a broken image link! Silly Kapersky!
