Q - The shoes I want aren't available in my size. What now?
A - The stock on our website is an accurate reflection of the stock we have in our warehouse. Please email or call us if you'd like to know if, or when, we'll get any additional stock of that particular shoe. Or, just keep looking at the site every day to check if we have it back in stock (this particular game can become very addictive!).
Q - How can I write a review on a pair of shoes?
A - Find the shoes you bought on the Styletread website. Underneath the images of the shoe there are two tabs, "Description" and "Product Reviews." Click on "Product Reviews" then "Add Product Review." We love hearing your feedback, so please let us know your thoughts on the shoe for our benefit and our community of customers.
Q - How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
A - On the bottom of every newsletter we send there is an 'Unsubscribe" link. Simply click "Unsubscribe" and it's as easy as that. We'll be sorry to see you go! However, you can always re-subscribe at any time when you just have to be reminded of our current fabulous shoe collection or the up and coming promotions etc.
Q - I have seen the same product on another site. Do you price match?
A - We do keep an eye on our competitors’ prices and are in constant communication with our suppliers. However, due to our generous Free Delivery, Free Returns and 365-Day Free Return Policy, we don’t match the short-term price changes of all other retailers. We do offer regular promotions for our newsletter subscribers and we have an end of season sale so, if you're after a bargain, check out our sales page and subscribe to our newsletter!
Q - How can I cancel my order?
A - As we pack all orders soon after they are placed, please contact our Customer Happiness Team on 1300 602 947 (AUS) or 0800 178 953 (NZ) as soon as possible.

Q – I want to know about a specific brand/style/size to see if you have it?
A – The easiest thing to do is use the search bar at the top of the screen. In this you will be able to search the entire store for any brand or style of a shoe. Alternatively you can use the filters on the left hand side of the screen. These will allow you to filter the items by brand/category/colour/size/material so you can drill in with laser focus on what it is you are looking for.
Q - I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
A – We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on Styletread.com.au is live and reflects what is available in real time. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.
Q - How do I create a Styletread account?
A – You can create an account with an email address or use the Facebook login feature. Click on ‘log-in’ at the top of the screen and select the ‘Create Account’ button, you will be directed to enter the information required to create your Styletread account
Q - What’s the benefit of creating a Styletread account?
A – By creating an account with Styletread you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple delivery addresses, view and track your orders in your account, use our 3-hour ‘Want It Now’ service in Sydney and more.
Delivery & Return
Q - How long will it take to receive my shoes?
A – At Styletread we believe that the speed at which you get your online purchase plays a very important role in how you think about shopping online again in the future, so we have put a lot of effort in making sure you get the items you ordered as quickly as possible. In order to do that we warehouse everything that we sell in one location in Sydney. Unlike most other online retailers, we don’t make an item available for sale unless it is physically present in our warehouse. We also work with Australasia’s fastest couriers to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.
We aim to despatch your order the same day you order where possible. Monday – Friday orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. On weekends or after 2pm (Sydney Time) we aim to dispatch orders the next business day.
We work with Australia’s fastest national courier and we aim to deliver to you within 3 hours if you “want it now” and are in Sydney or alternatively you will receive your order in 1-3 business days. You will typically get your order within 1-2 business days if you live in a metro area, if you live in a regional area this can take 2-4 business days depending on how remote you are. We deliver to some extreme addresses!
Q - Do you deliver Australia-wide?
A - Yes, we deliver to any address in Australia, even if you're on holiday at the time!
Q - I want to return an item. What do I do?
Returning any item that does not fit, or you do not like is simple! Follow the steps outlined on http://www.styletread.com.au/returns. Essentially you can return your shoes as long as they are undamaged and in their original packaging within 365-days of ordering your shoe (yes that’s right 1 whole year!)
Q - How long does it take to receive my refund?
A – Once you’ve provided the item to our courier it usually returns to Styletread within 2 business days. We process your return the same day it is received. The refund will appear in your account within 2-5 business days subject to your bank’s refund procedures. PayPal refunds are usually processed in 1-2 business days whereas some banks can take 3-5 business days to process refunds. An email will be sent to you to confirm that we have your item and whether your refund has been approved.
Q - How do I change the delivery address after I have ordered?
A - Due to our quick turnaround process, it's important you contact us within 3 hours of placing your order if you've made a mistake. If you notice a mistake outside of this time, try contacting StarTrack on 13 23 45 to track your order and change your address.
Q - Do you deliver internationally?
A - For New Zealand, simply click "NZ" at the top left to see our New Zealand store. For rest of world, we're currently not delivering outside AUS/NZ, but watch this space!
Q - How can I track my order?
A - You should be contacted within 1 business day via email to inform you of a tracking code which can be tracked through StarTrack.
Q - Will I have to be home when my order arrives?
A - You have the choice to have your lovely new shoes delivered to your home, work or anywhere else you'd like! You'll have to sign for the delivery, so if you're not home when the StarTrack courier arrives, they will leave a notice in your post box telling you they attempted to deliver your yummy treat and that it's now available for collection at your nearest post office. The post office will then keep your package for 7 days. If you can't get to the post office to retrieve your order, just fill out the back of the collection notice stating a trusted friend will pick them up.
Q - Do you deliver to New Zealand?
A - Yes we do! Make sure you shop in our NZ store by clicking on the NZ icon in the top of the screen. We deliver to NZ through DHL.
Q – How do I return a gift that was sent to me?
A – We are sorry the gift you received did not work out for you. Please decide whether you want the person who sent you the gift to know that you are changing it! Next contact our Customer Happiness Team for assistance in returning your item and organising a credit for you to purchase an additional item, otherwise we will process the refund to the person who sent you the gift and they will be able to order you something different.
Q – How do I get 3-hour delivery?
A – 3 hour delivery is available Monday to Friday as long as you live within 40km of Sydney Olympic Park and you order between 7am and 5pm (AEST). A flat charge of $8.95 applies for this premium service. In order to utilise this service you need to:
- 1. Make sure you are logged in to your Styletread account (new customers will need to create a Styletread account)
- 2. Choose the shoes you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
- 3. If the postcode you are wanting the order delivered to is within 40km of Styletread HQ and you are ordering between 7am and 5pm then the ‘Want It Now’ delivery option for $8.95 will appear on the checkout page
- 4. Select ‘Want It Now’ as your delivery method and complete checkout and then await the delivery of your order within 3 hours! You can even trace this all the way to your door

Q - Can I exchange something I ordered if it doesn’t fit me?
A – Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange process for an order that does not fit or was not what you expected, but we do offer a 365-day return policy and we deliver and return from you for free using an express courier service. Our service to you is a free delivery, free return service and a speedy refund (as long as the item is undamaged in original packaging).
We encourage you to order a couple of sizes if you are unsure of your size and then send back the one you don’t love for free. Or if you have received a size that is too small, quickly buy the next size up and then send back the size that is too small to us for your full refund.
Q - What forms of payment are accepted?
A - Styletread accepts PayPal as well as MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
Q - I have a voucher code. How do I apply it?
A - If you've received a Styletread voucher and want to use it, simply add any shoes that you'd like to your cart and procede to the checkout. At the checkout page, you'll have an option to apply a voucher code. Insert your code and hit "Apply Voucher." Your cart should then automatically update to the revised sub-total.
Please note vouchers cannot be used on sale items.
Q - Is it safe to use my credit card on Styletread.com.au?
A - Yes! Styletread understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use globally accepted best practice electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access.
Q – What is PayPal?
A – PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and purchasers to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in over 190 countries. One advantage of using PayPal is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card information to the merchant.
Q - I am having problems browsing Styletread.com.au. What should I do?

Q - What are cookies? Do I need to enable them?
